Ecosystem impact will be monitored directly by comparing vegetation surveys results before, during and after the eradication. indirectly by measuring the total area of completed eradication actions carried out by project personnel vs. volunteers motivated by the project. We will also estimate the eradication effort carried out by the municipalities motivated by the project.
Project also aims to update the cost estimate for total eradication of invasive Hogweeds in Finland.
